Shipping Policy

Decurate Interiors is happy to offer complimentary domestic shipping for all small item orders within the UK. We are happy to obtain a courier quote for large items but shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. For international shipping, please contact us prior to purchase. Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and the accompanying tracking number when your package has shipped.

We aim to dispatch orders within a week, unless the item is made to order and the lead time will be stated in the product description. To arrange delivery of furniture we will get in touch with you as soon as possible, via email or mobile. Please note that delivery of large items may take circa 1-2 weeks to fulfil, if being delivered by courier to destinations outside of West Oxfordshire. Please note that this is at your own risk and we do not take responsibility for any damage occurred once it has left our site and the item is in transit. Moreover should any damage or loss be incurred whilst the item is in transit, then we advise you to contact the courier and liaise with them directly. 

Please note that we are not responsible for items being lost in shipment, nor when items are delivered via tracking but the item is not found by the recipient. Once the item has left our HQ, it is in the hands of the postal service and all following action will need to be taken directly. 

You are also welcome to collect your item from our HQ in West Oxfordshire (by prior arrangement). Please note, we would be happy to deliver to you directly should you live within 20 miles (subject to a charge).
