Returns Policy
We do our best to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchased items. When you purchase an item from us you agree that payments made through our website are made at your own risk. As a small business, we reserve the right to handle returns on an individual basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please write to us at nadine@decurateinteriors.com within 7 days of receiving your item, stating your reason for return. We will get back to you with exchange or refund options.
Shipping fees: Please note, if a refund is approved, original shipping fees- where applicable- will not be refunded. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Final sale and custom orders: Any items marked ‘final sale’ or listed as part of a sale or promotion will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. If the items were made to your specifications you will not have the right to cancel your order.
Insurance Recommended: If a refund is approved, we suggest adding insurance and repackaging the items very thoroughly as we will not be able to accept any returns that have been damaged in transit. All returns must be in original condition and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit. We reserve the right to charge you for any such loss or damage.
Shopping Vintage & Antique Disclaimer: The nature of the items bought on this website are secondhand and pre-loved, therefore items may show signs of wear from use and from the passing of time. We implore you to embrace these imperfections and find the beauty in them and thank you for shopping responsibly. We reserve the right to deny a return if we do not think the return explanation is reasonable. Once we receive the item back we will assess it and will notify you of whether we are accepting the product for return. A full refund will be processed within 14 days of us having received the returned item/s.
